API 5L Gr.B Straight Seam Submerged Arc Welding Pipe

The LSAW steel pipe is the steel pipe whose weld seam is parallel to the longitudinal direction of the steel pipe. Usually divided into ERW steel pipe, electric welded thin wall pipe, transformer cooling tubing and so on. Direct seam welded pipe production process is simple, high production efficiency, low cost, rapid development. The strength of spiral welded pipe is generally higher than that of straight welded pipe. The welded pipe with larger diameter can be produced with narrow blank, and the welded pipe with different diameter can also be produced with the same width of blank. However, compared with the same length of straight seam pipe, the weld length increases by 30-100%.

Twenty φ245mm-φ820mm thermal expansion pipe production lines, we have our own high-tech physics and chemistry labs where we can conduct our own tests such as physical properties and chemical composition test, and as well, UT, hydraulic test, X-ray and other test equipment is available, which can meet all related standards and inspection requirements.
