Electric Resistance Welded pipe is mainly used for conveying low pressure fluid. It is made of mild steel which is easy to weld.Water pressure, bending, flattening and other tests should be carried out on steel tubes, which have certain requirements on surface quality. The delivery length is usually 3-18m, and the delivery length is usually fixed (or multiple).The nominal diameter of welded pipe is different from the actual diameter. According to the specified wall thickness, there are two kinds of welded pipe: ordinary pipe and thickened pipe, and there are two kinds of steel pipe with or without thread according to the form of pipe end.There is no need for electric welder and high frequency resistance straight seam welding wire, no need for cross grounding wire, no need for painting, which eliminates the traditional fusion welding and complex construction procedures such as wire casing.Simply connect the straight pipe joint to the pipe, and connect the threaded pipe joint to the theoretical weight of the round steel pipe and the junction box. After positioning, tighten (break) the screw with a special tool, and fix the joint with the high frequency resistance joint of the junction box with the locking bus.Pipe bender is used at pipe bend to bend corresponding radian on site.

Twenty φ245mm-φ820mm thermal expansion pipe production lines, we have our own high-tech physics and chemistry labs where we can conduct our own tests such as physical properties and chemical composition test, and as well, UT, hydraulic test, X-ray and other test equipment is available, which can meet all related standards and inspection requirements.
