ERW steel pipe is manufactured through low or high frequency resistances Electric Resistance. Welding seam is in longitudinal. During the ERW pipe welding processes, the electric current will make the heat when flow through the contact surface of the welding area. It will heat the 2 edges of the steel to a point that the edges can form a bond. Meanwhile with the combined pressure, the edge of the pipe billet steel melted and extruded together.

In 2018, we build a new advanced RBE production line for LSAW pipe, size range from 16” to 56” (406.4mm-1422.4mm), wall thickness: 9.53mm-30mm.

Twenty φ245mm-φ820mm thermal expansion pipe production lines, we have our own high-tech physics and chemistry labs where we can conduct our own tests such as physical properties and chemical composition test, and as well, UT, hydraulic test, X-ray and other test equipment is available, which can meet all related standards and inspection requirements.
